When Ark was free on Epic-Store in 2019 we started this community with the goal to offer a decent cross-play experience, tieing together what not should have been torn apart in the first place:

We are operating a server cluster and by this we give you the chance to take your progress with you while you advance throughout the game.
While you start your journey on “The Island” you can take your dinosaurs with you when you progress to Abberation, Scorched Earth and Genesis afterwards.
